A collection of films made monthly throughout the year after graduating Arts University Bournemouth, projects range from documentary to fiction to visual poems and experimental pieces. Some are solo projects, others collaborations, all made with the intention of continuing creativity and developing technical skills during the difficult transitionary period.

The Sleeve of the Smaller Sea

A visual poem reflecting on my family’s long history going to La Manga del Mar Menor, a small seaside town in the South of Spain that translates to The Sleeve of the Smaller Sea. The film was created entirely from archive, attempting to weave between different times and people to create a portrait of the family throughout the years.

The Bulb in Boscombe

Observational documentary recording the work and process of photographer Brendon Barry during his project 'Portraits of Boscombe' as part of the Boscombe Emerging Artists Festival 2023. Shot of iPhone while I was volunteering at the festivals, observing how Barry interacted with the subjects that, although being important figures of the local area, were not used to being in the spotlight.
